Glocester
Lions Club Holds Annual Pancake Breakfast
Although the turnout wasn't
quite what it was in years past, the Glocester Lions held yet another successful Pancake Breakfast at the Glocester Seniors'
Center in Chepachet on June 1st, 2008. Serving up a variety of all-you-can-eat pancakes, breakfast meats, juice and coffee,
the Lions fed over 175 hungry visitors! Thanks to all of our club members who pitched in to help with this always popular
fund-raiser! A special gesture of gratitude is extended to all of our neighbors and friends who placed an advertisement
on this year's pancake breakfast placemat. Trust us, all of the money raised will be put to good use!
