Where Do Your Contributions Go?
You may see us in front of Dino's Market selling raffle tickets. You may see us at the Glocester
Senior Center serving up a hot plate of pancakes and bacon. You may also see us trying to get you out for a wine tasting,
harvest dance, or golf tournament.
Why are we out there and why do we do this? The answer is quite simple. We're
trying to raise a lot of money.
We need this money so that we may donate your generous contributions
to the many, many, worthwhile charities that exist in our area. That's what we're all about - giving money
and good old fashioned sweat equity back to the community we all live in and call home.
There are a lot of
people out there who need our help. Some are sick, others are just down on their luck. Some need help to get an education, others
may need a wheelchair ramp at their home. Some can't afford to give their kids presents at Christmas, others are
just a bunch of kids who just want to play baseball. Please think of these folks the next time you see us selling tickets.
We can't solve every problem, but we do what we can and we need your help, no matter how much you can contribute. No donation
is ever too small. Thank you.
